Uddog o Uddokta Japan is working to build meaningful connections between Bangladesh and Japan, with a special focus on encouraging young leaders to identify social challenges, share knowledge, exchange ideas and resources, and take meaningful action for mutual benefit.
Recently, two young Japanese women visited Bangladesh, and we had the opportunity to introduce them to some of our work and explore how we can support greater collaboration between the two countries.
During their visit, they explored microfinance, social business, the 3ZERO Club initiative, and Bangladesh’s garment industry. They also had a wonderful opportunity to interact with Japanese-language learners in Bangladesh and exchange ideas and experiences.
We are always happy to support young people who are curious, willing to learn, and interested in exploring new opportunities for collaboration and social impact.
Let’s continue building bridges, sharing knowledge, and creating meaningful connections between Bangladesh and Japan.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UDDOG O UDDOKTA JAPAN ASSOCIATION (UUJP) and the Centre for Climate-Smart Agriculture (CCSA), Cosmopolitan University, Abuja, Nigeria, on September 10, 2026, in Tokyo, Japan.
This partnership brings together our complementary strengths to advance Empathy-Driven Entrepreneurship, agri-entrepreneurship, climate-smart agriculture, research, training, consulting, capacity building, and field-level implementation.
A key focus will be connecting research with real-world action. CCSA will bring its strong field-level expertise, agricultural networks, implementation experience, and community engagement, while UUJP will contribute to research, entrepreneurship education, capacity building, managerial improvement, consulting, impact assessment, reporting, and international collaboration.
We plan to begin with practical and achievable initiatives, including joint research and entrepreneurship bootcamp programs, and gradually expand the partnership based on evidence and results.
Looking ahead, we will also explore the development of a Social Business Fund for Agri-Entrepreneurs, aimed at creating sustainable mechanisms to support promising agricultural entrepreneurs and community-based ventures.
This is the beginning of a long-term partnership connecting Japan, Nigeria, and wider international networks to support entrepreneurs and communities in building a more resilient and sustainable future.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Forhad Hossain, Founder & President, UDDOG O UDDOKTA JAPAN ASSOCIATION (UUJP), and Dr. Rislan Abdulazeez Kanya, Founder / CEO, Centre for Climate-Smart Agriculture (CCSA), Cosmopolitan University, Abuja.
