Entrepreneurship requires more than a good idea. Entrepreneurs need the knowledge, skills, confidence, networks, and practical experience necessary to transform ideas into sustainable ventures.
Through training, workshops, bootcamps, mentoring, and experiential learning, we help participants develop entrepreneurial capabilities while encouraging them to understand the people and communities they seek to serve.
Our programs may serve aspiring entrepreneurs, existing entrepreneurs, students, young people, social innovators, community leaders, and organizations.
We emphasize practical learning, problem discovery, business model development, innovation, social responsibility, leadership, sustainability, and implementation.

Held as part of SocialTech Summit 2025, this international session explored how entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and cross-sector collaboration can contribute to more sustainable healthcare systems and advance SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, while also looking beyond the SDGs toward future healthcare challenges. The session was held in hybrid format at Hiroshima University and online.
The session brought together academics, entrepreneurs, healthcare innovators, and professionals from Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom, creating an international platform for exchanging knowledge and perspectives on health innovation and entrepreneurship.
The session was chaired by Dr. Forhad Hossain, Assistant Professor at Sophia University, Japan.
Guest speakers included Prof. Mohammad Faisal Ahammad from Leeds University Business School; Dr. Wiljeana Glover, Founding Faculty Director of the KMH Center for Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Babson College; Ms. Amy Kuan, CEO & Co-Founder of PorticoCare; Mr. Tejas Padliya, an independent consultant based in San Francisco; and Mr. Kota Ando, cofounder and Director of Sales and Marketing at Nihin Media K.K.
The session reflected an important part of Uddog o Uddokta Japan's approach: connecting academic knowledge with entrepreneurship, technology, industry experience, and practical innovation.

The 3ZERO Pitch Competition and Project Closing Event marked the culmination of the one-year initiative “Empathy-Driven Entrepreneurship: Unveiling the 3ZERO Approach.” The program was organized by Uddog o Uddokta Bangladesh and co-organized in collaboration with Uddog o Uddokta Japan, bringing together entrepreneurship education, mentoring, consulting, and youth-led social innovation.
Throughout the year, young participants from the 3ZERO Club, aged 12–35, received continuous training, personalized consulting, and monthly mentoring to identify real social challenges and develop empathy-driven entrepreneurial solutions. Their ideas were connected with the 3ZERO vision of Zero Poverty, Zero Unemployment, and Zero Net Carbon Emissions.
The final event was held at the Faculty of Business, University of Dhaka, where eight selected teams presented their entrepreneurial ideas. The pitches were evaluated on empathy, clarity, innovation, feasibility, presentation skills, and potential for impact.
The program demonstrated an important part of our training philosophy: entrepreneurship education should go beyond classroom learning. Young people should have opportunities to understand communities, identify meaningful problems, develop solutions, receive mentoring, test their ideas, and communicate their potential impact.
The winning team received the Uddog o Uddokta NextGen Impact Award 2025, recognizing a promising and socially impactful entrepreneurial idea. The Empathy Learning Champion Award 2025 also recognized participants who demonstrated sustained commitment throughout the year-long learning journey.
